Yu Yunique 2 to Go on Sale for First Time in India Today, via Flipkart

Following the launch of the Yu Yunique handset that took place in India some few days ago, looks like the handset is now set to go sale for the first time in the country.

The handset which was released by Micromax subsidiary Yu Televenturesis said to be made available in Champagne and Coal Black color options.

The handset highlights Truecaller integration, 4G VoLTE support, Android 7.0 Nougat, and a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Coming to the price, the Yu Yunique 2 has been made available at a price of Rs. 5,999, and is expected to be offered in only one RAM/ storage version – 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage.

Running Android 7.0 Nougat, the dual-SIM (Micro) Yu Yunique 2, comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display tagged with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM, the affordable Yu Yunique 2 brings a 13-megapixel rear camera on the rear end and at the front, sports a 5-megapixel front camera.

The handset comes with 16GB of internal storage with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 64GB).

The device also comes with connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB port.

It packs sensors on board including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and a proximity sensor. Backed by a 2500mAh battery, the device measures 145×72.7×9.15mm and weighs 159 grams.
