As latest reports would have, Xiaomi’s MI MIX 2 that was launched sometime back has made it back on sale in India. As it turns out, the first batch of the Mi MIX 2 handsets that were seen on sale in the country shortly after it launched, have all been exhausted.
So for those that couldn’t get the chance to get their hands on the handset before, can now do so as the handset is already on sale as of now. Unfortunately, these are just ‘preview sales’ as the availability of the device is limited to only Flipkart and Mi.com.
To refresh, the dual-SIM Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, packs a 5.99-inch FHD (1080×2160 pixels) 18:9 display tagged with a pixel density of 403ppi.
Powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at a speed of 2.45GHz, the handset offers 6GB of RAM for the modular variant and 8GB RAM for the Special Edition.
In the camera department, the phone sports a 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor coupled with a facial technology, 1.25-micron pixels, 4-axis optical image stabilization, 5-piece lens, a f/2.0 aperture. At the front area, the handset sports a 5-megapixel front camera with a facial recognition function.
It comes with connectivity options including 4G LTE, dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, and USB Type-C. The handset measures 150.5×74.6×7.7mm weighs 187 grams and is backed by a 3400mAh battery.
Talking about sensors on board, the phone brings accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, digital compass, gyroscope, and ultrasonic proximity sensor.
