As we get closer to the launch day of Samsung’s upcoming premium Galaxy handsets, more rumors seem to be flooding the internet than ever.
One latest render has revealed a specification list of the much anticipated Galaxy S8 Plus, showing the overall features of the phone. According to the render, the Galaxy S8 Plus will likely roll out with a large 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display.
Furthermore, the render also shows that the Galaxy S8 will sport 4G LTE support and a QHD+ screen resolution. The Galaxy S8 Plus is further tipped to feature a 12-megapixel ‘dual pixel’ primary camera and an 8-megapixel camera at the front area.
Similar to the Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S8 is also said to roll out with an IP68-rating for dust and water resistance. One of the major highlights of the new Galaxy S8 series is the iris scanner, corroborating newer leaks as well.
The Galaxy S8 Plus is also revealed to come with a 64GB of internal storage that supports expandable storage via microSD card. The smartphone is also tipped to sport a 4GB of RAM, along with a support for Samsung Pay.
According to the render, Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with other key features including Samsung Knox, wireless charging support, and earphones tuned by AKG.
According to one new report, Samsung’s Mobile Chief Koh Dong-jin reportedly affirmed that the company would unveil the official launch date for the Galaxy S8 release at MWC 2017 event next week.
Both Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are widely expected to debut in March and will go on sale from April 21.
