If you’re an audio enthusiast, then you might just love the new earphones Huawei has released. We think they are in interesting pair. Costing 599 Yuan which is roughly the equivalent of $92, the latest Huawei earphones come off rather pricey.
They have an all metal build but that’s not the only reason for the price because apart from having a full metal build, the ear pods have a built-in noise cancellation feature and a separate power supply that can go for up to 8 hours ie. You can use it for 8 hours straight before you’ll need to charge it.
Did we make mention of the fact that the earphones are designed to offer deep bass? Well, that is just the case of this premium-looking piece. Weighing in at just 22.5g, the champagne finished earphone is a beautiful set. Currently, Huawei is selling them through online stores in China, but international resellers are likely to pick them up in the coming weeks too.
We agree that the earphone is a little on the high side for a lot of users, however, we believe it will hold up it’s end in quality to easily match up with the competition which includes the Xiaomi Piston series and OnePlus icons.
Also, be on the look out on big third party online stores like GearBest; given that it’s from China, it might be listed on there soon (fingers crossed); but whatever the case maybe, we’ll be sure to update you as needed. Keep it tuned to TDR!
