Smartwatches are growing at a rapid pace as of late and we can give most of the credit to Chinese OEMs out there especially, No.1 who has taken up the responsibility to fill up the Chinese market with many different wearables and smartwatch clones as well.
This OEM, like many other Chinese start-ups, is looking to gain a major foothold on the smartwatch spectrum and their new wearable, The No.1 D6 might just be the device to break the fallow grounds for them.
From an external point of view, the D6 smartwatch is a pretty decent looking device that goes along with the new age fashion thanks to its exquisitely designed leather band – which should also be changeable – and the square-shaped golden frame holding the display.
The screen is also worth mentioning as it has a resolution of 320 x 320 pixel with 3-capicitive keys on the down upfront. Taking a tour under the hood, we see MediaTek’s MT6580 processor running things on the inside alongside 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM.
The smartwatch doesn’t also fail to ship with the other features that most 2016 wrist worn device feature some of which included pedometer, heart rate monitor and other sensors alike as well as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity for obvious purposes.
The new wearable would be drawing power from a 450mAh battery pack which should be able to handle all demands thrown at it throughout the day. The D6 pricing however, still remains unknown but rumors have it that the device would set you back at a little under $100.
It’s a worthy pricetag though as the D6 scored 18,610 points over at AnTuTu benchmark which is pretty impressive for a smartwatch given the fact that mid-tier smartphones where scoring these points not too long ago.
