Going by new reports, Motorola has just concluded with the release of its latest Moto Z2 Force handset in India. The handset highlights a ‘shatterproof’ display console.
Tagged with a price of Rs. 34,999, the device is reportedly claimed to compete with the likes of OnePlus’ 5T, Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2, and HDM Global’s Nokia 8. The handset can be purchased from Flipkart, starting form today.
Coming to specs, Moto Z2 Force supports dual-SIM (Nano) and runs Android 8.0 Oreo. The device sports a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) POLED display.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM speed and Adreno 540 GPU, the handset brings 64GB of internal memory with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 2TB).
In the camera department, the device sports a dual rear camera configuration that comprises of two 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor clubbed with one Bayer and one Clear lens of f/2.0 apertures. At the front, the handset comes with a 5-megapixel sensor, equipped with an f/2.2 aperture 85-degree wide-angle lens and a flash module.
Talking about connectivity options, the handset comes with 4G VoLTE, dual-band (2.4GHz, 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0. It comes with onboard sensors including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
Backed by a 2730mAh battery, that the company tags as ‘all-day battery,’ the handset comes with a fingerprint sensor on the home button area.
The battery is coupled with 15W TurboPower charger that delivers up to 8 hours of battery life with 15 minutes of charge. The device measures 155.8x76x6.1mm, and weighs 143 grams.
