The CES event was quite an interesting with the like of Samsung and LG showcasing their brand new handsets. TCL brand Alcatel also felt to make a statement by revealing three upcoming offerings including Alcatel 1X, Alcatel 3C, and Alcatel 5 for 2018.
As latest reports would have it, TCL brand Alcatel has released its Alcatel 3C device in Italy, hinting that the company is set to unveil much more than it might have showcased at the trade show.
The handset is priced at EUR 129.99 and is expected to be offered in three color options such as Metallic Black, Metallic Blue, and Metallic Gold. What’s more, the handset is also expected to bring a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.
Coming to specs, the Alcatel 3C supports dual-SIM and runs an unknown version of Google’s Android OS. The device features a 6-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) IPS display, tagged with an 18:9 aspect ratio. To recall, the company announced the new Display feature as one of the major highlights for all its 2018 devices.
The new Alcatel 3C is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8321 SoC paired with 1GB of RAM speed and comes bearing 16GB of internal memory with an option to expand via microSD card (maximum capacity unspecified).
In the camera department, the Alcatel 3C offers an 8-megapixel rear camera tagged with autofocus and flash. At the front area, the phone brings a 5-megapixel fixed focus camera.
It also packs connectivity options such as 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, and GPS. Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the device measures 161x76x7.9mm and weighs 169 grams.
