Going by latest reports, Yu Televentures subsidiary is gearing up to reveal its next handset called Yu Yunique 2, in India. Notably, the handset is the successor to the Yu Yunique handset that was launched in India back in 2015.
Interestingly enough, the company failed to tease the device on its invite for the launch event and is still yet to reveal specifications for the handset.
We can all agree that it is quite strange, given the fact that handset manufacturers of nowadays usually tease their devices prior to launching their handsets.
Nevertheless, Yu Yunique 2 fans will not have to wait that long before figuring out the specific details as the company is set to release the smartphone in just a few hours to go.
To refresh, the company recently released its Yu Yureka Black handset in India at a price of Rs. 8,999. The Yu Yureka Black device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and packs a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display tagged with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top.
The handset is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with 4GB of RAM.
Coming to optics, the Yu Yureka Black bears a 13-megapixel rear camera tagged with dual-LED flash. At the front area, the handset sports an 8-megapixel front camera with flash.
The Yu Yureka Black offers 32GB of internal storage, with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 64GB). The mobile device is fitted with a 3000mAh non-removable battery and packs a fingerprint scanner, that is mounted on the home button itself.
