Chinese electronic consumer giants, Xiaomi, has released the Xiaomi Mi A1 handset in India. To recall, the company released the standard variant of handset back in September.
Tagged as the first Android One device, the handset saw a release in Black and Gold color options. As it turns out, the company has released a new Rose Gold color version.
The all-new Rose Gold Mi A1 is expected to go on sale from November 21 and will be made available on Mi.com and Flipkart. Just like the previous version, the Xiaomi Mi A1 comes at a price of Rs. 14,999.
Talking about specs, the Xiaomi Mi A1 support dual-SIM and runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat tagged with few feature enhancements.
The device packs a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display coupled with Corning Gorilla Glass. Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM speed, the handset offers 64GB of internal storage with an option expand via microSD card (up to 128GB).
In regards to optics, the device bears a dual rear camera configuration that comprises of two 12-megapixel sensors, with one sporting a wide-angle lens tagged with a 1.25-micron pixel sensor and f/2.2 aperture, and the other offering a telephoto lens, a f/2.6 aperture, and as well as 2x optical zoom feature.
In the front area, the handset brings a 5-megapixel paired with a real-time beautification mode feature. Talking about connectivity options, the handset comes with 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Fitted with a 3080mAh battery, the handset measures 155.4×75.8×7.3mm and weighs 168 grams.
