We can all attest to the long and due efforts from Chinese smartphone makers, Xiaomi, has launched a few handsets this year. The company’s first quarter has been quite positive in regards to revenue.
Based on latest reports, it looks like the company is gearing up to release another handset pretty soon. Rumored as the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus handset, we can’t say for sure when the company intends on launching this handset.
According to one report, the company announced that it was going to launch its latest offering on July 11 sporting 6GB of RAM.
However, when the day arrived, we saw the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 instead. As expected many Xiaomi fans were disappointed and are still hoping the company come through with the release of the long-anticipated Mi 6 Plus handset.
While Xiaomi reportedly released a video teaser showing detailed specifications of what could have been the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus, we saw something entirely different.
Going by previous reports, the handset is said to come with a 3D glass body, and a 4000mAh battery. As per optics, the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus is tipped bear a 22-megapixel sensor with support for 4K recording. Separately, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is said to unveil soon as it rolls out with a 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 processor.
The handset is rumored to come with a large bezel-less 6.4-inch QHD display with 1440×2540 pixel resolution, 19-megapixel rear camera, and a 13-megapixel camera at the front section.
The handset is also rumored to be backed by a 4500mAh battery. Nothing has been confirmed, for now, so we advise that you take this information with a pinch of salt.
