Some fresh rumours regarding Xiaomi’s next flagship also called the Mi 6, have surfaced online alongside information about the Mi 5c device, previously rumoured to be the affordable model of the Xiaomi Mi handset.
According to one report, the Xiaomi Mi 6 which is expected to roll out in two variants – one with 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and a full-HD screen resolution.
The second Mi 6 variant is also rumoured to feature a WQHD screen resolution with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage space. Going by a more recent leak, the most expensive Xiaomi Mi 6 version will pack a dual-edged curved screen, with 6GB of RAM, and a ceramic body.
Further, the Mi 6 device is also tipped to sport Sony IMX386 sensor at the back and a 12-megapixel camera. At the front area, the smartphone will likely feature an 8-megapixel camera with Sony IMX268 sensor, much like the one that came with the Mi Note 2.
Sustaining previous leaks, Mi 6 handset is said to launch in two models – one with a flat screen and the other with dual-curved screen likely to be called Mi 6 Pro.
Separately, Xiaomi is also rumoured to launch another variant of the Mi 5 handset, to be called Mi 5c. Expected to be the third variant of the Mi 5 series, the smartphone is rumoured to come without a physical home button which in turn could mean that we might be seeing on-screen navigation keys while sporting a fingerprint scanner at the back.
