The Xiaomi 5X trend is still going strong with just a day from the unveiling of the handset that has been pegged for July 26.
While previous reports have shown the handset to come with mid-ranged specifications like Snapdragon 625 SoC and much more, some teasers also showed us the handset in terms of design and form.
Thanks to a flurry of leaks, we already know what to the Xiaomi Mi 5X handset will look like. Now, one new vis seen online has revealed that the handset will roll out with a horizontal dual camera configuration and a fingerprint sensor on the back – corroborating earlier leaks.
The video also reveals that the Mi 5X device will come in color options such as Gold, Black, and Rose Gold (Pink), matching previous teasers.
Previously rumored to be the premium version of the Xiaomi Mi 5, the device has been cleared on FCC. Going by the listing, the Xiaomi Mi 5X will come packing a 3000mAh Li-Po battery and a USB Type-C cable tagged with a 10W adapter for charging support.
Bearing a dual rear camera configuration, Xiaomi 5X packs a fingerprint scanner at the rear end, and runs on MIUI 9, based on Xiaomi’s custom Android ROM.
The handset is tipped to include a 5.5-inch full-HD display, a Snapdragon 625 SoC, and 4GB of RAM and sports an optical zoom feature.
Coming to the design, the Xiaomi Mi 5X seems to be a lot alike with the iPhone 7 Plus considering the positioning of it dual camera configuration as well as it antenna bands.
