Xiaomi Mi 5X has returned with newer leaks revealing what might be the actual look of the handset when it finally launches.
The previously alleged device has been confirmed by Xiaomi and claims the handset will launch with dual rear cameras, MIUI 9, to take place on the 26th of July.
While registrations have already begun, the Mi 5X’s first sale saw 200,000 registrations within the space of 24hrs.
Ahead of its, launch new reports are revealing that the handset will come in three color options – Black, Gold, and Rose Gold (Pink).
Going by the latest renders, the handset is tipped to come with hardware capacitive buttons on the front console, alongside a front camera setup that is tagged with a single lens.
Based on preliminary leaks, the power button and volume rocker are located on the right panel, with no button on the left.
Coming to specs, the handset is tipped to offer a 5.5-inch full-HD display, a Snapdragon 625 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM.
The handset bears a dual rear camera configuration and previous leaks revealed an optical zoom feature apart from dual-tone LED flash. The device also bears a fingerprint scanner that is seen on the rear panel of the officially released image.
As far as we know, the Xiaomi Mi 5X is said to go for a starting price of CNY 1,999, which is also seen as the starting price of the previously launched Xiaomi Mi 5s.
