Since the Xiaomi Mi Mix was made available, the drive to join the tri-bezel-less market seems to be on the rise. Bluboo has set out plans to announce their Bluboo S1 in the first week of June, whereas others like Sharp already have theirs in the market.
Now adding to the growing list is Elephone, who — as we all should know by now – has their Elephone S8 in the works. This handset should be ready to hit the market any time from now. The true beauty of this handset was highlighted by its front panel which has bezels only below the display.
This lower bezel plays host to a physical home button which we believe will double up as a fingerprint scanner to add in the security capabilities of the phone. Making an appearance just on the lower right corner of the lower bezels is a front camera of 13 megapixels which is more than able to suit all your selfie desires and handle your video calling apps effectively.
This sensor accompanies an even better 21-megapixel shooter on the back panel. The Elephone S8 sports a 6 inch Full HD display having a resolution of about 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an Helio X20 processor that is coupled up with 4GB or RAM and an internal storage space of 128GB.
Also thrown into the mix is the sweetness of the Android Nougat OS fully operational from the box. Whilst all these specs seem mouth-watering, the folks over at Elephone has fueled our desire to see this handset go live with the new video they dished out showing us its true beauty alongside most of its capabilities as well.
