Sony Xperia XA1 With 23-Megapixel Camera Launched at Rs. 19,990

Going by new reports, Sony just concluded with the launch of the Xperia XA1 handset in India. The smartphone is said to be priced at Rs. 19,990, and is being made available in all Sony centers and major electronic stores throughout the country.

The Sony Xperia XA1 is the successor of the Sony Xperia XA handset that was released last year.
The handset was released first at MWC 2017 in Barcelona, alongside three other handsets – Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XZs, and Xperia XA1 Ultra. In India, the Sony Xperia XA1 is expected to be made available in White, Black, and Pink color options.

The Sony Xperia XA1 handset runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and supports dual-SIM slots (Nano + Nano). It sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio P20 octa-core SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM.

The handset also comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card slot (up to 256GB).
As per optics, the handset sports a 23-megapixel Exmor RS image sensor with hybrid autofocus, 24mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture, 5x zoom, and HDR mode.

At front, it comes with an 8-megapixel with no front flash or OIS. The handset is fitted with a 2300mAh battery, and packs other connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

It measures 145x67x8mm and weighs 143 grams. The handset also offers a Stamina Mode feature that keeps batteries for a longer period of time.
