Indian smartphone makers, Smartron has just concluded with the unveiling of a brand new mobile device called the t.phone P in its home market.
Said to be the company’s latest variant under its t.phone segment, the new device bears a price tag of Rs. 7,999 and can be purchased exclusively on Flipkart. That being said, the company also revealed that the handset will experience its first flash sale on January 17 by 12 noon.
As part of a lunch offer, the company is rolling out the device with 1TB free cloud storage via its t.cloud service.
As per specification, the Smartron t.phone P supports dual- SIM(Nano) and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.
The device packs a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and comes powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC bearing four processing cores at 1.4GHz and the other four cores at 1.1GHz.
Running 3GB of RAM speed, the handset brings a 32GB internal memory that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB).
Coming to optics, the phone brings a 13-megapixel sensor on the rear clubbed with f/2.2 aperture and an LED flash. At the front, the handset brings a 5-megapixel sensor paired with a f/2.2 aperture- a low-light flash.
Talking about connectivity, the handset offers various options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB with OTG support.
It brings onboard sensors including accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. Fitted with a massive 5000mAh battery, that the company claims can deliver that more than two days of power on a single charge, the handset also comes with a fingerprint sensor in the back area.
