According to another report, the reason Samsung has held off on releasing the Galaxy S8 at the MWC previously stated to have aired in February is due to an ongoing work with external agencies to execute plans and regain consumer confidence following the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.

The company was reportedly supposed to have made an official statement regarding the Note 7 disaster but instead had it delayed and is now looking forward to the beginning of next year before it finally brings the issue to an end.

Furthermore, the company’s mobile chief Koh Dong-jin was reportedly spotted to have e-mailed his employees, as he stressed the importance of tightening security with regard to Galaxy S8 leakages. He further shared light on the fact that Samsung had already suffered at the hands of other Chinese manufacturers who after so many failed attempts have tried to rip off Samsung’s designs.

Even though the company is still yet to confirm this new information, Samsung consumers will just have to hold on, and wait for the company to release an official statement.
