Following the launch of the Samsung’s on Max handset, that was recently seen in India, the new camera-centric phablet from the South Korean tech giants has now reportedly gone on sale in the country.
For interested buyers, can simply purchase the handset via exclusive retail partner Flipkart. The Galaxy On Max comes with support for Samsung Pay Mini, which is almost identical to the recently unveiled Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, that was made available via offline retail stores and the Samsung India site at a price of Rs. 17,900.
As far as we know, the Samsung Galaxy On Max is priced at Rs. 16,900 and is said to be made available in Black and Gold color options.
Running Android 7.0 Nougat, the dual-SIM Samsung Galaxy On Max packs a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display.
The handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MTK P25 SoC (with four cores clocked at 2.39GHz and four cores clocked at 1.69GHz) paired with 4GB of RAM speed.
In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy On packs 13-megapixel sensors and LED flash modules both on the front and back sections.
The front sensor is seen paired with a f/1.9 aperture lens, while the rear sensor is tagged with a f/1.7 aperture lens, that the company claims brings a low-light performance. The handset offers 32GB of internal storage space with an option for expandability via microSD card (up to 256GB).
Coming to connectivity options, the dual-SIM Samsung Galaxy On Max, comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro-USB port.
The handset is also seen weighing 178 grams, whilst measuring 156.6×78.7×8.1mm. The smartphone houses a 3300mAh battery.
