After so many months of rumors hinting the release date of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8, also widely known as the next phablet flagship from the South Korean company, new rumors, however, is claiming that the handset could see a launch late next month.
While one renowned South Korea-based publication company also claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 may likely see a launch on August 23, Samsung however, hasn’t confirmed any of these rumors, so we will just have to wait until they say something.
Interestingly, one report corroborates the released event late next month with an affirmation by a Samsung executive who later denied the claim.
If the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launches earlier than expected, then it will reportedly result to a broader available in global markets by September.
Coming to the specification, the Galaxy Note 8 is said to feature a 6.3-inch display, slightly larger than 6.2-inch display on Galaxy S8+, with the same 18.5:9 aspect ratio as the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. Interestingly, Galaxy Note 8 is claimed to be the first smartphone from Samsung to pack dual cameras at the back.
Recent leaks have suggested that Galaxy C10 might be the first phone from the company to come with a dual camera setup but this new information contradicts them.
The dual camera setup on the Galaxy Note 8 is expected to sport two 12-megapixel sensors and come with independent OIS (optical image stabilization) for each lens.
