Samsung Galaxy J7 Max was launched last week and the handset has now finally gone on sale in India. The new Samsung Galaxy J7 Max was priced at Rs. 17,900 and is now said to be available for purchase via offline retail stores as well as the Samsung India site. The handset is said to be offered in Black and Gold color options.
One of the main highlights of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max is the Samsung Pay feature, which is the first time the mobile payments service is being offered in a mid-range handset from the South Korean tech giants. The Samsung Pay Mini feature is said to be a pared down variant of the original service.
Coming to specifications, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and packs a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display.
Powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, the handset has an expandable storage via a microSD card slot.
Coming to optics, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max comes with a 13-megapixel rear and front sensors with f/1.7 aperture and f/1.9 aperture respectively as well as a flash support functionality on both ends.
The handset also brings a smart glow mode around the rear camera that gives users alerts for notifications when they arrive.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max comes with a 3300mAh battery and packs connectivity options including LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth support. The handset is only 8.1mm thick.
