HTC’s soon-to-launch smartphone, the One X10, has been in news since last year and now as 2017 has begun, the manufacturers have revealed to us that this phone would finally go official sometime in the first quarter.
We had earlier though this phone to be that which was teased by HTC last year with the “for U” logo. Nonetheless, it has just been clarified that the “For U” is a whole new smartphone from HTC’s U series of devices which should eventually see the light of day by the 12th of January.
New about the launching of the HTC One X10 was revealed the popular leak star @evleaks who also went on to post a leaked live render of this smartphone. Thanks to these renders we have a glimpse at what to expect from the phone and we can see the traditional antenna line did make an appearance on the back panel.
Also featured on the back panel is a main camera sensor of 16.3 megapixel that has an LED flashlight beside it to brighten up dark places for a clearer image with higher quality. Both the power button and the volume rocker are fixed on the right side of phone.
The HTC X10 is powered by a Helio P10 chipset which is running at a speed of 2GHz and is bundled up with a Mali T-860 GPU 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. It sports a 5.5 inch Full HD touchscreen display which has a 7.9MP camera sensor above it and three capacitive home keys below it.
One interesting thing about this phone is its price tag which is $288, that turns out to be cheaper than what its predecessor, the HTC one X9 was asking for as it sold for $349.
