Panasonic has released the Eluga Ray 500 and Eluga Ray 700 that both highlight a fingerprint and dual rear camera configuration.
Made available exclusively to Flipkart, the handsets are priced at Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 9,999 respectively. Both mobile phones also see a launch in Champagne Gold, Marine Blue, and Mocha Gold color options.
Coming to specs, the handsets support dual-SIM configuration are seen running Android 7.0 Nougat. As per display, the Eluga Ray 500 packs a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS On Cell display while the Eluga Ray 700 comes with a bigger 5.5-inch HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS On Cell display.
Eluga Ray 500 comes powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 SoC, while its sibling gets a more powerful octa-core MediaTek MTK6753 SoC clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz.
In terms of camera, the former offers dual rear cameras consisting of a 13-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor with dual LED flash, while the Eluga Ray 700 bears a single 13-megapixel rear camera sensor.
At the front area, the Eluga Ray 500 sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, whilst Eluga Ray 700 comes with a 13-megapixel selfie shooter.
Talking about storage, the two Eluga handsets come bearing 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, with an option to expand via a microSD card (up to 128GB).
What’s more, the Eluga Ray 500 packs a 4000mAh battery while the Eluga Ray 700 is fitted with a larger 5000mAh battery.
Eluga Ray 500 measures 144.26×71.26×9.2mm and weigh 163 grams, while the Eluga Ray 700 is measured at a dimension of 153.75×75.35×8.9mm and weighs 182 grams.
Offering onboard sensors like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor, both handsets also come bearing connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
