Panasonic is on a roll as the company appears to have another handset in India, having just launched the Panasonic P77 device not too long ago.
As new reports would have it, the company has released another handset dubbed Eluga I4, adding to its Eluga series. The handset is priced at Rs. 8,290, and highlights, AI Assistant Arbo, which brings a host of suggestions depending on the behavior of the user.
The handset is expected to go on sale via the company’s brand stores and authorized retail outlets on the same day it launches.
At this price point, the Panasonic Eluga I4 can be expected to compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Lenovo K6 Power. Bearing an all-metal body design, the Panasonic Eluga I4 sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display.
Powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor paired with 2GB of RAM speed, the new Panasonic handset also comes packing 16GB of inbuilt storage space with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 128GB).
The dual-SIM Panasonic Eluga I4 runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Talking about connectivity options, the handset bears 4G with VoLTE support and other modular connectivity features including like Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, and USB OTG support.
As it turns out, the handset is being made available in Blue, Black, and Gold color variants. In regards to optics, the new Eluga I4 brings an 8-megapixel rear camera tagged with autofocus and at the front offers a 5-megapixel camera. The phone is fitted with a 3000mAh battery.
