One way to ensure success in whatever you do is when you put all your eggs in different baskets and this is made evident by the Chinese Start-up, Oukitel, who over the past few months have embarked on a launching spree dishing out more and more device with the most recent of them all being the Oukitel C5 Pro.
It has now become a trade mark to see this OEM launch devices which has ruggedized qualities and this one didn’t fail to keep up the trend as it features what has been termed an “unbreakable” screen held firmly in place by an all metal chassis.
More on the device is the back panel which looks as though it has gone through a few complicated manufacturing processes to make it look that good yet retain its abrasive qualities giving users a firm grip on the phone.
The C5 Pro would be featuring a 5 inch HD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1200 pixels and this screen would be ruggedized by Corning Gorilla Glass which we expect to have its stress value go beyond 800 MPa and have a 9H Hardness level protecting the phone against scratches and unexpected occurrences as well.
MediaTek’s MT6737 processor running at 1.3GHz would be ticking under the hood and it would be aided by 2GB of RAM and an internal memory configuration of 16GB which should be made expandable to additional memory thanks to the addition of a microSD card slot.
One thing we know about this manufacturer is the fact that they always ship out such rugged handset would very affordable price tags attached to them although we still don’t know how much. Nonetheless, we would relay the information to you soonest so stay tuned to TDR.
