The year is rounding up and Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo is making an appearance with the launch of two new handsets dubbed Oppo R11s and R11s Plus.
The handsets were revealed at an event in China at a price of CNY 2,999 and CNY 3,699 respectively.
The Oppo R11s is offered in Black and Champagne Gold colors whilst the R11s Plus comes in Black and Gold color variant.
Separately, the company also revealed a special Red color edition of the smartphone that is said to be sold at CNY 3,199.
Coming to specs, the Oppo R11s and R11s Plus pack almost the same specification features with major differences being battery, memory and display size.
The Oppo R11s bears a 6.01-inch full HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) AMOLED display tagged with 18:9 aspect ratio while the Plus edition comes with a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) AMOLED display.
The Oppo R11s brings 4GB RAM while the Plus version offers 6GB of RAM. As per battery, the R11 houses a 3205mAh battery while the R11s Plus is fitted with a 4000mAh battery.
Both handsets are powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz and 64GB internal storage with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 256GB).
Running ColorOS 3.2, based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat, the two smartphones bring a fingerprint sensor at the back area.
In the camera department, the smartphones bear dual camera configuration. At the back, both devices bear a 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel camera clubbed with dual-tone LED flash each. At the front area, the handsets bring a 20-megapixel sensor.
