Selfie-focused smartphones are still going strong, with the likes of Oppo and Vivo, constantly trying to improve their handsets.
The F3 series has been lauded on several occasions, from different users and it appears, Oppo has released a new version of the family handset.
This new variant is called Oppo F3 Diwali Limited Edition, and it comes bearing the same specifications as the original Oppo F3, that saw a launch in May this year but brings a new Red color option.
The handset is priced at Rs.18,900, bears a new Red color and will be made available exclusively via Amazon and the company’s brand stores in the country from September 29.
As part of the launch offer, first-time grabbers of the F3 Diwali Limited Edition will also be entitled to receive a cricket bat signed by Indian Cricket Team.
The handset highlights a front-facing dual camera setup that was also seen on its predecessor. talking about optics, the handset comes with one 16-megapixel 1.3-inch sensor that comprises a f/2.0 aperture, and another double view wide-angle camera tagged with an 8-megapixel sensor.
This new edition also brings a 120-degree wide-angle lens that lets a user make use of 105-degree field-of-view group selfies.
The dual-SIM device also rolls out with pre-installed features including the Beautify 4.0 app, Selfie Panorama, Screen Flash, and Palm Shutter. At the rear section, the device bears a 13-megapixel camera having a 1.3-inch sensor paired with PDAF, and an LED flash.
It runs ColorOS 3.0 built on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes packing a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) In-Cell TFT 2.5D curved display tagged with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 401ppi pixel density.
Powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T6 SoC paired with Mali-T860 GPU, the handset also comes with 4GB of RAM speed.
