Huawei makes an appearance into the entry-level market with the introduction of a new smartphone which they have tagged with the moniker Huawei Y3. This smartphone is the ideal business smartphone as it is cheap and can do all you want it to.
Since its being aimed at the entry level market, it comes with specs that match its budget, which includes a 5-inch touchscreen display having a resolution of about 854 x 480 pixels. In classic Huawei style, the lower bezel plays host to the company’s name.
On the top bezels, there is a 2-megapixel selfie snapper that is accompanying a main 8-megapixel camera sensor on the back panel of the device. This sensor is further aided by a LED flashlight that aids camera quality in dark places.
Two models of this handset will be dished out with one sporting an MT6580 quad-core processor clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz — the presence of this SoC means that this handset will not support LTE–. The other model will have an MT6737M ticking under its hood at 1.1GHz and will support 4G networks.
Both models will be having 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage space. They will run the Android Marshmallow OS skinned Emotion UI 4.1 from the box. The 2200mAh battery pack it features should do quite well with the specifications mention above.
To get this device, you will just have to spend $58 which is pretty cheap and the handset is made available in different colors that include Gray, blue, gold, white and Pink.
