With the release plans of the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 devices out of the way Nokia 8 has taken over the spotlight. We’ve seen the handset in previous leaks in the past, that has given us a first-hand look of what to expect.
This latest information, however, gives us a brand-new look of the handset from another angle. The report brings the Nokia 8 design details with Carl Zeiss optics and dual camera configuration.
The handset is also seen offering a Blue color model, whilst bearing a metal body and a vertical dual camera configuration at the back.
Going by the report, the camera lenses of the Nokia 9 device are Zeiss branded, making it the first handset to be leaked with this new information shortly after the announcement of HMD Global and Zeiss collaboration. Coming to specification, the Nokia 8 is tipped to run on Android 7.1 Nougat and pack a 5.3-inch QHD display.
Expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor, the Nokia 8 device will likely roll out with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage contrary to previous leaks that suggested 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM variant.
The handset is also said to come with two 13-megapixel rear lenses from Carl Zeiss and a 13-megapixel front camera. It will be measured at 151.55×73.7mm.
Additionally, the Nokia 8 handset is largely expected to be sold at a price of EUR 589 and will be offered in four color variants including Blue, Steel, Gold/Blue, and Gold/Copper.
