As latest reports would have it, HMD Global has reportedly revealed that its latest flagship Android device dubbed Nokia 6 will hit US market starting early July.
The company says that Nokia 6 will be priced at $229 and will be made available for purchase via Amazon.
Further, the handset is said to be offered first in Matte Black and Silver color options, before seeing a Tempered Blue and a Copper color released later in Summer.
The company has disclosed that T-Mobile will be fully supporting the handset, whilst AT&T will be responsible for bringing 4G LTE. Unfortunately, bands 29 and 30 will not be supported.
What’s more, other reputable carriers such as Sprint and Verizon will also not be offered on the Nokia 6 when it finally hits the country market.
As per specs, the handset runs Android 7.0 Nougat and offers a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display tagged with Corning Gorilla Glass for protection and packs a fingerprint sensor right below the display.
The handset is powered by Snapdragon 430 processor paired with Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Talking about optics, the smartphone offers a 16-megapixel rear sensor and an 8-megapixel camera at the front for taking quality selfies.
The US model of the Android handset from Nokia also comes with 32GB internal storage, with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 256GB).
The handset is fitted with a 3000mAh battery, packs a 6000 series aluminum body, and offers an inherent dual speaker and Dolby Atmos support. In terms of connectivity options, the handset comes with Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, FM, 3G, and 4G.
