Taking a look at smartphone brands over the year, we usually see them ship out the standard version of their devices first before setting up plans to make available other variants. Well, Asus, on the other hand, begs to differ as they first officially unveiled their Asus Z17 mini which turned out to be quite the success, before they went on to make plans to launch the Asus Z17 handset.
News around this device, in particular, had filled up the air in the past few weeks and now, even before it has officially hit the market, the handset was listed on the site. This, however, seemed to have been a mistake as the page was taken down shortly after, nonetheless, it was not before someone spotted it and leaked out a screenshot revealing majority of its innings.
Rumors have it that the handset will come with horizontally arranged sensors, however, the image from the site have shown us that the sensor will be arranged vertically with the top shooter having a 23MP sensor whereas the secondary snapper below will be a 12MP sensor.
Still, on the camera side of things, there will be a 16MP selfie snapper that should be more than enough to quench all selfie needs and video calling apps as well. This sensor seats just above the 5.5 inches Full HD touchscreen display having a resolution of about 1920 x 1080 pixels.
It will head out in two different variants with the major difference lying on the RAM size seeing the lower model ship out with 6GB RAMM and 128GB ROM whereas the premium Model will sport 8GB RAM and 128GB of ROM.
The Nubia Z17 will be made available in three different colors which include Aurora Blue, Frosted Gray, and Champagne Gold. There is word that this handset will officially get announced on the 1st of June. This date has not yet been confirmed so do treat it accordingly.
