Sometime in the beginning of this month, we saw the Moto X4 device in several renders online. As latest reports would have it, the Moto X4 model with Android One branding has finally been launched.
As it turns out, the handset was released exclusively in the US and is been sold at a price of $399. For those looking to make pre-orders can simply visit the Project Fi website.
Further, the handset was released in Super Black and Sterling Blue color options. Coming to specs, the new Moto device packs the same configuration as the regular version of Moto X4.
The new Moto X4 Android One option bears a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LTPS IPS display tagged with 424ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
Powered by the 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 octa-core SoC coupled with Adreno 508 GPU and 3GB of RAM speed, the handset also comes with an expandable storage device.
Taking about optics, the Android one Moto X4 device packs a dual camera configuration at the back that consists of one 12-megapixel dual autofocus sensor tagged with f/2.0 aperture and 1.4-micron pixels and another 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor paired with a 120-degree field of view, f/2.2 aperture, and 1.12-micron pixels.
What’s more, the dual camera configuration also rolls out with a color correlated temperature (CCT), dual-LED flash and PDAF.
At the front area, the handset comes with a 16-megapixel camera for taking selfies. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
In one separate news, users that bring in the old device for the new Android One Moto X4 by October 5, will receive an extra $50 Fi credit.
