Following the unveiling of the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus devices, it seems as though Lenovo wants to focus on the budget sector, with numerous leaks flowing in for the Moto C and Moto E range of handsets.
Going by fresh leaks, the Moto C and Moto C Plus handsets are reportedly targeted at first-time handset buyers. Also, the phones are said to be the company’s most affordable smartphone ever.
As the reports would have it, both the Moto C and Moto C Plus devices will run Android 7.0 Nougat and come with 5-inch displays.
Further, the Moto C Plus has been tipped to bear an HD screen resolution at 720×1280 pixels, while the Moto C is said to sport an FWVGA screen resolution at 480×854 pixels.
Interestingly enough, Lenovo is rumored to release both 3G and 4G versions of the Moto C, with changes in configurations, but only a 4G LTE variant for the Moto C Plus. Both the upcoming Moto smartphones have also been rumored to come with quad-core MediaTek processors.
While both Moto C versions are said to offer 1GB of RAM, the Moto C Plus handset’s memory is expected to be somewhere between 1GB and 2GB of RAM.
As per storage, the Moto C Plus is rumored to come with 16GB of internal storage while the Moto C is expected to roll out with either 8GB or 16GB storage.
The Moto C is said to come with a 2350mAh battery, while the Moto C Plus will house a 4000mAh.
As per optics, the Moto C device features a 5-megapixel rear camera with flash and comes with a 2-megapixel front shooter with flash support.
