Not too long ago, LG introduced the successful Q-series, and now the company has added another handset to the portfolio. Dubbed ‘’LG Q8’’ the all-new LG handset has just been recently launched in Italy.
Quite unfortunately, as of now, there is still no word regarding when the LG Q8 device will go on sale and its pricing details.
What’s more, the company hasn’t made mention of the handset will see an availability outside Italy or if it will be rebranded for the international market.
Coming to specification, the handset packs a 5.2-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) IPS LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
It features a pixel density of 554ppi and an “always-on” secondary display with a screen resolution of 160×1040 pixels.
Running on the company’s LG UX 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat, the mobile device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC paired with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
It comes with a 32GB internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The LG Q8 packs a dual camera configuration at the back tagged with a 13-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture and an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
At the front area, the handset comes with 5-megapixel camera tagged with f/1.9 aperture. Fitted with a 3000mAh battery, the handset comes with connectivity options including Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth v4.2, and USB Type-C.
