Prior to the launch event of the LG Q6 handset that was earlier claimed to be released at an event in Poland, we later saw the company unveiled three new handsets named LG Q6, LG Q6+, and LG Q6a.
Notably, these are all variations of the same handset as all three versions rolled out with the company’s full vision display, that was introduced with LG G6, and featuring a taller-than-usual aspect ratio of 18:9.
Apparently, the LG Q6+, LG Q6, and LG Q6a all came with exact same design, similar to the LG G6, and are expected to be offered in Astro Black and Ice Platinum color options.
LG Q6+ is said to be made available in Marine Blue color while the Q6 will be offered in Terra Gold and Mystic White colors as well.
The LG Q6a on the other side will be available in Terra Gold color models as well. The other differences will be in the area of RAM and internal storage.
In line with specifications, the LG Q6+, LG Q6, and LG Q6a run Android 7.1.1 Nougat and feature a 5.5-inch FullVision display tagged with a screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels.
The handsets are all powered by a Snapdragon 435 processor. Nevertheless, talking about memory, the LG Q6+ sports 4GB of RAM, while the Q6 bears 3GB of RAM, leaving the Q6a with 2GB of RAM.
Coming to the optics, all three handsets pack a 13-megapixel single rear camera, unlike the dual camera configuration that came with the LG G6.
At front area, the handset comes with a 5-megapixel camera with wide-angle lens. As per storage, the LG Q6+ has an inbuilt storage of 64GB while the Q6 and Q6a brings an internal storage of 32GB and 16GB respectively.
All smartphones come with connectivity options including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and USB Type-B 2.0.
The LG Q6+, Q6, and Q6a houses a battery with 3000mAh capacity and are measured at 142.5×69.3×8.1mm, and weighing 149 grams each.
