Intex Aqua Lions 2 With 4G VoLTE Support, Android 7.0 Nougat Launched: Price, Specifications

Back in July Intex released the Aqua Lions 3 handset and now the company seems to have released another Aqua series, dubbed Aqua Lions 2. The handset is priced at Rs.4,599 and comes in a Champagne and Gold color variant.

Even though a bit strange, but we can’t really say for sure what inspired the company to call the successor to the Aqua Lions 3, ‘’Aqua Lions 2.’’

The handset comes with two major highlights including 4G VoLTE support and Android 7.0 Nougat. As per design, the Aqua Lions 2 bears a similar design to the Aqua Lions 3.

Sporting a 5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA display coupled with capacitive buttons, the handset comes powered by a quad-core processor that is equipped with 1GB of RAM speed.

As for storage, the device comes with an 8GB inbuilt memory capacity with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 64GB)
As per optics, the new Aqua Lions 2 bears a 5-megapixel sensor tagged with autofocus and flash. At the front, it comes with a 5-megapixel camera.

Fitted with a 2400mAh battery, the handset measures 143.8x72x8mm and weighs 158.3 grams. Additionally, the dual-SIM device brings pre-installed features like Tap n Buy, Xander, and Amazon Prime Video.

Separately, the Aqua Lions 2 appears to be much cheaper than its predecessors – the Aqua Lions 4G and Aqua Lions 3 that saw a price of Rs. 5,499 and Rs. 6,499, respectively.
