2017 is wrapping up and it appears handset makers, still have a lot to offer to us. This new launch comes from Intex with the release of its new Aqua Jewel 2 and Aqua Lions T1 smartphones.
The handsets have been released in India at a price of Rs. 5,899 and Rs. 4,999 respectively. Unfortunately, there is still no word regarding its availability, but we can expect the device to be made available soon.
Jumping to specs, the Aqua Jewel 2 supports dual-SIM and packs a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat and comes powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC9832A) processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 2GB of RAM speed.
Talking about storage, it offers a 16GB of storage space, with an option to further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
In the camera department, it bears an 8-megapixel autofocus rear sensor tagged with LED flash and at the front, features a 5-megapixel fixed-focus camera. Fitted with a 2500mAh battery, the handset comes in Black and Champagne color options.
Coming to the Intex Aqua Lions T1, the handset brings a 5.2-inch display tagged with 480×854 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM speed.
It brings an 8GB internal storage unit with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 64GB). It also bears an 8-megapixel rear camera and at the front a 5-megapixel sensor just like its sibling.
Backed by a moderately big 2700mAh battery, the handset is expected to be available in Black, Champagne, and Coffee color variants.
