HTC’s latest flagship offering dubbed the U11 handset saw a launch in India sometime last month and has since earned a lot of appreciations for its design, camera, and performance.
One of the major highlights of the handset is its glossy back with a liquid metal-like look that was rolled out in Silver and Black colors in India. Now, HTC is said to bring a third color version with Sapphire Blue, that is currently up for pre-orders in India.
Apart from the color, the price of the Sapphire Blue HTC U11 is pretty much the same as the other two color variants that saw a price of Rs. 51,990.
Going by specs, the HTC U11 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with the company’s own Sense skin on top. Supporting dual-SIM cards (Nano-SIM), the handset packs a 5.5-inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) Super LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.
The smartphone is powered by 2.45GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and also supports expandable storage via a microSD card slot (up to 2TB).
The HTC U11 brings a 12-megapixel camera with ultra-spread autofocus, BSI sensor, OIS, f/1.7 aperture, dual-LED flash, slow-motion, and 4K video recording.
It comes with camera features such as Face Detection, Pro mode with manual control, 32-second long exposure, and RAW format support, HDR Boost, Panorama, and Hyperlapse.
The handset also packs a 16-megapixel front camera with BSI sensor, full-HD recording. The HTC U11 offers IP67 water and dust resistance, houses a 3000mAh battery and supports Quick Charge 3.0.
