The HTC smartphone company recently announced the exclusive release of their 10 Evo as the international successor of HTC Bolt. The smartphone which expected to come in gunmetal, silver and gold colours has been spotted to possess the same features and design as it a former variant. The device which brings water resistance has been said to be made available across the globe.
Being the first smartphone ever from the company to get the waterproof body the HTC 10 Evo continues to use full metal unibody design. The device brings IP57 water resistance and dust proofing as well as to the same Quad HD Super LCD 3 panel available on its predecessor but with a slightly larger display of 5.5-inches. The display is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 with curve edge.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. Compared to HTC 10 that featured a 16MP optically stabilised image sensor with f/2.0 aperture the HTC Evo 10 comes with a dual LED flash with auto HDR and HTC’s proprietary Zoe capture. The device has a front camera reading 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture and auto selfie mode.
Furthermore, the device features an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, motion sensor, gyroscope, compass. Also, the device brings a fingerprint sensor engrafted with the home button. Rendering NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11ac and Cat 6 LTE support, the device can download with a speed up to 300 Mbps.
One of the highlights of the smartphone is its 3.5mm headphone jack in favour of USB-C connected headphones. Also, the device makes up for its predecessor by featuring the latest Android 7.0 Nougat.
