Terminal brand Honor just recently unveiled its new handset dubbed the Honor 8 Pro in India. Apparently, it’s no different from the smartphone that also saw a release in the Chinese market sometime in February.
The handset was seen released under another name such as the Honor V9 before finally breaking into Europe and the UK in April as the Honor 8 Pro handset.
The handset came with some major highlight features including a dual camera configuration, a big 4000mAh battery and an impressive 6GB of RAM.
Going by one reports, the Indian market will soon see the handset in Navy Blue and Midnight Black color options starting from the first quarter of July. As far as we know, the price of the Honor 8 Pro device is still yet to be made known.
Coming to the camera department, the handset sports a dual camera configuration tagged with two 12-megapixel sensors with f/2.2 aperture, laser autofocus, LED flash, and 4K video recording.
While packing an 8-megapixel sensor at the front, the Honor 8 Pro runs Android 7.0 Nougat coupled with EMUI 5.1 skin on top and features a 5.7-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) LTPS LCD display.
The dual-SIM device is also seen powered by Kirin 960 paired with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and offers 128GB internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 256GB).
As for connectivity options, the handset features 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 4.2, and NFC. Backed by a 4000mAh battery, the device comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back.
