We all get pretty excited anytime we hear price reduction of phones. Most especially, if we couldn’t afford them the first time they came out.
Well, as of two days ago, Terminal brand Honor has managed to cut down the price of its Honor 8 Lite smartphone from Rs. 17, 999 to Rs 15, 999.
Of course, this price cut is only for interested buyers living in India. Perhaps some of us might just have to wait for such an offer in our various countries.
The price cut is quite significant and we can all agree that a lot more smartphone buyers in India are likely to purchase the Honor 8 Lite, compare to when it rolled out initially.
To recall, the Honor 8 Lite device sports a 5.2-inch Full HD LTPS display and is powered by the company’s very own HiSilicon Kirin 655 processor. The processor is also reportedly same as the one found under the hood of Honor 6X handset.
The device is aided by 3GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage different from the 4GB RAM and 32GB storage found on Honor 8.
Honor 8 Lite also bears the dual rear camera setup found on Honor with a single 12MP rear camera. The rear camera comes with an aperture of f/2.2 and supports PDAF. It also comes with an 8MP front camera for selfies.
What’s more, the Honor 8 Lite handset also features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and packs a 3000mAh battery. The smartphone device runs EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
As far as we know, the smartphone will only be rolled out in Black and White color options while Gold and Blue options.
