It’s barely a week since Chinese handset makers, Huawei released the Honor 7X device that is unarguably one of the most affordable offerings by the company. Surprisingly, the handset has been reported to compete against the Xiaomi popular Redmi Note 4 and Mi A1.
Following the release of the Honor 7X device, the handset was reportedly seen that going out of stock within seconds of its availability in India during the first sale.
Whilst we are not that surprised, the handset that sold exclusively on Amazon India, highlighted a 5.93-inch full-HD display tagged with 18:9 aspect ratio, dual rear cameras, and a 3340mAh battery. The specs of the handset make it quite attractive at that given price point.
Furthermore, the company has revealed that the handset will be put on another sale event on the 14th of December. Interested buyers can simply register at Amazon.in to be amongst the many first-time grabbers.
To recall, Honor 7X saw a starting price of Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 15,999, for the 32GB and 64GB storage options. It was offered in Back, Blue, and Gold color versions.
Coming to specs, the Honor 7X supports dual-SIM and runs on EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. It brings a 5.93-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core SoC paired with 4GB of RAM speed.
In the camera department, the handset comes with a dual camera configuration that consists of a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, both clubbed with PDAF and an LED flash.
At the front, the handset brings an 8-megapixel sensor. The phone will also come in two storage variants including 32GB and 64GB. Other key connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB.
It comes with onboard sensors including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, a fingerprint sensor and proximity sensor. The device measures 156.5×75.3×7.6mm and weigh 165 grams.
