Last year, we saw the California-based giants releasing two flagship handsets dubbed Pixel and Pixel XL that earned a lot of appreciations.
Now, Google pixel fans can expect a fresh release of the alleged Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 devices for 2017.
While previous rumors have given us a glimpse of the handsets, a new render has revealed the design detail of both smartphones.
Going by the render, both the Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 device will come bearing thinner bezels, and do away with the 3.5mm audio jack.
Further, the report is also showing the Pixel devices in a Black color metallic body whilst sporting a camera bump that was not seen in last year’s versions.
According to one report, the company ditched the 3.5mm audio jack in order to make room for previously rumored stereo speakers.
At the back of the handsets, we see a fingerprint scanner and at the rear section lies Google’s very own logo. The images also show the both smartphone with a USB Type-C port seated at the bottom area.
On the right section of the smartphone is the power and volume keys, whilst the left edge brings the SIM-tray slot.
Based on preliminary leaks, Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 device are said to pack a 4.95-inch full-HD and 5.99-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) displays that the company claims will be developed by LG.
Expected to roll out with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 836 SoCs, the handset will come bearing 4GB RAM, and 64GB coupled with 128GB of inbuilt storage capacity.
