As latest reports would have it, Gionee just successfully released its latest Gionee M7 Power in India. The handset’s major highlights are its massive 5000mAh battery and large 6-inch FullView display tagged with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
To refresh, the Gionee M7 Power alongside Gionee M7 saw an initial release in China sometime back. That being said, we are still yet to receive word on when the plans on bringing the Gionee M7 to India.
Talking about the Gionee M7 Power, the handset is priced at Rs. 16,999 and can be pre-ordered via Amazon India. The handset will be offered in Gold, Blue, and Black color options.
Coming to specs, the Gionee M7 Power supports dual-SIM and Amigo 5.0 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It brings a 6-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) FullView IPS display tagged with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 3 for protection.
Powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM, the handset sports a fingerprint feature on the rear console.
In the camera department, the Gionee M7 Power offers a 13-megapixel autofocus rear sensor clubbed with a f/2.0 aperture and LED flash.
At the front, the handset brings an 8-megapixel fixed focus sensor paired with a f/2.2 aperture. It also comes with 64GB of internal storage, with an option to expand via microSD card (up to 256GB).
As per connectivity options, the handset comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery, that the company claims can deliver up to 56 hours of talk time, and 625 hours of standby time, the handset weighs 199 grams and measures 156.35×76.65×8.6mm.
