It is right about this time that we begin to hear about 3D smartphones making an attempt to enter into the market, nonetheless, there is still none to tell well about. Doogee on the other hand, seeks to change this as they have just launched the Doogee Y3 Max with inbuilt 3D capabilities for $160 currently being sold at Gearbest.com
From the name we can already deduce that the handset would go official featuring a large 6.4 inch Full HD touchscreen display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 P and below it, there are three capacitive keys present.
Above the screen is a camera sensor that works hand in hand with the display as it calibrates the user’s eye in order to produce a perfect floating image effect. The handset sports a parallax stereo effect to give enhanced sound quality.
Also added to the spec sheet is MediaTek’s very own octa-core MT6750T system on chip which would be bundled up with 3GB of RAM and an internal memory configuration of 32GB that would most likely be made expandable to additional memory via a microSD card slot.
On the back panel of the Doogee Y3 Max, a Samsung-made 13 megapixel main camera would be present on the back that would also be capable of Phase detection Auto Focus and with the aid of an LED flashlight, should be able to capture clear images in the dark.
The phone would be drawing power from a 4,300mAh battery pack which we must say is more than enough to handle all the 3D demands throw its way. For more details with regards to this handset, watch the video below.
