Taiwanese smartphone makers, Asus is widely known for its complicated lineup of handsets, and by the latest leaks so far, it is quite clear that this year is going to be no different.
The company has been reportedly said to unveil the successors to the ZenFone 3 family in July, and as many as five handsets will be part of the offering.
The ZenFone 4 smartphones will see a roll out in five different versions including ZenFone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, ZenFone 4 Max, two ZenFone 4 models and Asus ZenFone 4V.
According to one report, these five Asus handsets have been seen listed on the Google Play Store support sheet and are the mobile phones are dubbed Asus ZenFone 4 (ZE554KL), Asus ZenFone 4 Max (ZC554KL), Asus ZenFone 4 Pro (Z01GD), Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie (Z01M), and Asus ZenFone 4V (V520KL/A006).
As it turns out, the Asus ZenFone 4 variant was seen listed in two versions and the reason for that is as a result of a two RAM/ storage variant offering.
On the other hands, the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro version is a new model in the mix, and it could come as a premium device while the Asus ZenFone 4V is said to be a Verizon exclusive model.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie seen listed as Z01M and is hinted to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat, pack a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display, and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage space.
