6GB RAM smartphones are becoming more and more mainstream as time goes on and this is also made evident by the China-based manufacturer, 360, whose new smartphone has just been spotted over at the Chinese Certification Website, TENAA and GeekBench as well.
This new smartphone has the model number 1605-A01 and proves to be a beauty on the outside – with finely curved edges which is a proof of top class craftsmanship — whilst it pack a heavy punch on the hardware side of things.
It comes in with a standard 5.5 inch phablet sized display having capacitive keys below the screen. On the top upfront however, there is an 8MP selfie snapper which is accompanying a 13 megapixel main camera at the back of the phone.
Diving under the hood, the chipset of choice hasn’t been mentioned but we do know that the phone comes in with 6GB of RAM and 32GB ROM which would be made expandable to and additional 128GB via a microSD card.
Over at GeekBench, the phone scored 1529 for a single core and 5358 for multiple cores. The results given are quite similar to what the Oneplus 3T scored leaving us to guess that the chipset to power this new 360 smartphone might just turn out to be Qualcomm’s SD821 since it powered the OP3T.
360 is well known for their endeavor towards security so we are sure to see some interesting software added to this handset. There is also 3920mAh of battery juice thrown into the mix. The phone indeed does look promising in terms of its specs, let us just hope that the price would also make us smile.
